RESIDENT TREE PROGRAM
WELCOME HOME TO SORA
We’re thrilled to have you join the community. As a housewarming gift, depending on the lot size and availability we are offering you either one tree or three shrubs—a thoughtful addition to help make your new place feel even more like home. This gift is made possible through our partnership with Wheatland Trees and is based on the lot type of your home. Your builder will determine if your lot can accommodate a tree. If not, you’ll receive three beautiful shrubs instead—planted and fertilized for you by the nursery. Wheatland Trees will take care of the delivery, planting, and fertilization.
